All enquiries and bookings can be conveniently made through our website's online booking system. Once details are submitted online, Party Bus Hire's management will promptly contact you for further information. Our Party Buses accommodate 13, 20, 24, 40, 45, and 50 passengers, while Limo Buses seat 21, 23, and 44 passengers.

While based in Sydney, Party Bus Hire covers a wide range of locations, including Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, and Newcastle for interstate transfers.

A security bond is essential to confirm and secure your booking. The amount varies based on the selected bus. It will be refunded if the bus is left clean, tidy, and undamaged at the end of the trip. Refunds take approximately 2-7 business days to reflect in your account.

We offer diverse payment options:
  • Cash to the driver on the pickup day
  • Internet banking or bank deposit four days prior to the trip
  • Payments via invoice using Visa, MasterCard, and Amex

Limo Bus Hire exclusively accepts Australian currency.

Online and invoiced payments are subject to a 3% booking fee.

Once we receive the bond or full payment, a confirmation email with remittance details will be sent.

Ensure accurate information is provided during the online booking. If corrections are needed after payment, contact us immediately at 1300 Limo Bus for rectification.

Cancellations result in the security bond payment not being refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip incur a 50% charge of the full payment.

A text message confirming the booking and driver details will be sent the day before the booking. If no message is received, contact us before 8pm at 1300 Limo Bus.

The allocated driver will call 10-15 minutes before the pickup time to ensure readiness. A 15–30-minute latitude for lateness may be acceptable, with charges applicable beyond that.

Limo Bus Hire reserves the right to refuse additional stops beyond the original booking unless prior arrangements are made with management.

Our Party and Limo Buses feature DJ LD speakers, LED party lights, spacious dance floors with poles (on specific buses) and tinted or wrapped windows. Our Karaoke Party Bus offers an extensive karaoke collection, microphones, a 32-inch TV for lyrics, smoke machines, and more.

Alcohol is permitted, but all passengers must be over 18 and possess valid identification. Strictly no alcohol is allowed for school formals or kid's parties.

Smoking is prohibited on all our buses according to state laws.

Food and snacks are not allowed on the buses.

At least two parents/guardians are required during transfers for kid's parties.

Most of our Party and Limo Buses are equipped with air conditioning. Refer to our fleet page for specifics.

Our modern, fully insured, and accredited vehicles have safety features. Our drivers hold appropriate licenses, driver authorities, and are cleared to work with children.

Damages during transfer may lead to bond forfeiture. Passengers causing excessive damage are liable for repair costs.

Disruptive behaviour may lead to eviction from the bus, with no refund.

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Limo Bus Hire does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Decorations and branding can be accommodated upon discussion with our team.

Our buses do not have toilets; restroom breaks will be arranged during the trip.

Our buses are available exclusively for transport services with a driver.
