Security Bond:

To secure your booking, a bond payment is required, the amount varying based on the selected bus. Upon the trip’s completion, provided the bus remains clean, tidy, and damage-free, the bond will be refunded to your nominated account. Please allow 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect, contingent on your bank’s billing cycle.

Payment Methods:

Choose from multiple payment options:

  • Cash to the driver on the pick-up day.
  • Internet banking or bank deposit required 4 days before the trip.
  • Invoice payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

Booking Fee:

A 3% booking fee applies to online and invoice payments.

Confirmation:

Upon bond or full payment receipt, a confirmation email with remittance will be sent. Verify all information for a seamless experience. If discrepancies arise, contact us immediately for correction, and an updated remittance will be provided.

Correspondence:

Emails and text messages constitute a legally binding contract between clients and our representatives.

Personal Information:

Customer data entered via our online booking system is securely stored in the XERO invoicing database.

Booking Errors:

We are not liable for incorrect details submitted via our online booking system. Ensure accuracy before processing payment.

Cancellation Policy:

Bond payments are non-refundable for cancellations. For cancellations within 24 hours of the trip, 50% of the full payment will be charged.

Text Message Notification:

If no confirmation text with driver details is received the day before, contact us by 8pm to obtain this information.

Late Arrival:

Passengers must be ready 15-30 minutes before scheduled pick-up. Failure to be ready may result in the driver’s inability to wait, with no refund provided.

Bus Breakdown:

In case of a bus breakdown, we aim to provide a replacement bus within 2-4 hours. If not feasible, a refund will be issued, excluding additional costs.

Unforeseeable Circumstances:

Events beyond our control—accidents, weather, strikes—preventing timely services, are exempt from compensation.

Traffic Delays:

While not accountable for traffic delays, our buses’ larger size results in longer travel times. Plan for potential delays.

Smoking:

Is strictly prohibited on our buses, as per state laws.

Beverages:

Alcohol consumption is allowed, within legal limits. Passengers must be 18+ with valid ID. Glass containers are prohibited for safety.

Food:

Or snacks are not allowed on our buses.

Safety:

While safety measures are taken, passengers travel at their own risk. Seat belts must be always worn.

Damage Excess Fee:

Damages or uncleanliness may result in termination of the trip and non-refundable bond. Passengers causing excessive damage will bear repair costs, ranging from $300.00 to $1000.00.

Fighting and Vandalism:

Disruptive behaviour may lead to eviction, police involvement, and trip termination without refund.

Property:

Passengers are responsible for their belongings; we are not liable for lost or stolen items. Found items will be stored at our depot.

Photos and Videos:

Driver-captured media may be used for advertising. In emergencies involving law enforcement, media may be used as evidence.
